Ways to Give

As a federally certified 501©3 charity, all donations to NORVHN are tax deductible.

Make a Donation

Your donation to the North Olympic Regional Veteran’s Housing Network (NORVHN) goes to support Veterans in Clallam and Jefferson Counties of Washington state and is tax deductible.

We use donation funds to acquire and improve Veteran housing as well as for projects like Sarge’s Farmstand and The Attic secondhand store which benefit our Veterans.

Future projects include a two-story apartment building, metal working shop, wood working shop and outdoor welding area so that our Veterans can live, work, create and BREATHE upon this land.

A recurring monthly donation of $20 or more helps to offset our program costs to provide support to Veterans and our shelter.  Through most banks, you can now sign up with bill pay to cut a check monthly to our non-profit as a tax deductible donation.

Many employers sponsor matching gift programs and will match charitable contributions made by their employees. Check with yours and your gift could have double the impact.

Gifts to NORVHN in the form of stocks, bonds, or mutual funds that have appreciated in value may be especially attractive to you under the current tax laws.

If you wish to gift in this form, please contact:

We are incredibly grateful for anyone wishing to bequeath a legacy through their Last Will & Testament, and as a charity, there is a tax write-off for that donation.

Before you choose a way to give, it’s important to understand the tax implications of your decision. Giving as much as you want to charity during your lifetime and after you’re gone may help to reduce federal estate and gift taxes significantly.

Contact your lawyer and/or financial advisor to see what is best for your estate, your heirs and your tax situation.
